We've updated the Librarika legal documents to reflect our new operator, Raynux Pty Ltd (ABN 38 700 717 166), and to modernise them. The updates take effect on 30 September 2026. For background on the change of operator, see Librarika is now operated by Raynux Pty Ltd.

Updated documents (effective 30 September 2026)

• Data Processing Agreement (for customers who are data controllers)

What has changed

The documents now name Raynux Pty Ltd as your provider and, where relevant, as data controller or processor, and have been refreshed for current data-protection practice (including EU/UK transfer safeguards in the Data Processing Agreement). Your library, data, account and pricing are unchanged.

What you need to do

Nothing. Until 30 September 2026 your current terms continue to apply. If you continue using Librarika on or after 30 September 2026, you accept the updated documents. If you'd prefer not to continue, you can cancel before then; where you've prepaid, we'll refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis, as set out in the Terms.
