Effective June 1, 2026, 2Checkout (Avangate) will no longer be available as a payment option. Due to changes in 2Checkout’s platform direction, it is no longer a suitable fit for our service. All active 2Checkout auto-renewals will be cancelled by us on your behalf.
Your current subscription remains active until its expiry date. No service disruption will occur during your active subscription period. You can check your subscription expiry date from Dashboard → Manage → My Plan.
What You Need to Do
Before your subscription expires, please subscribe to a new plan through FastSpring from Dashboard → Manage → My Plan.
Subscriptions purchased through FastSpring are not affected.
FAQ
Will I lose access to my library?
No. Your library, catalog, and all its data remain intact. If your subscription expires without
renewal, your library will revert to the free Basic plan until you subscribe again. No records
will be removed.
Do I need to cancel my 2Checkout subscription myself?
No. We will cancel all 2Checkout auto-renewals on your behalf.
Will I be charged by 2Checkout before June 1?
If your auto-renewal date falls before June 1, 2026, the renewal may still process through
2Checkout. After June 1, no further charges will occur.
Can I switch to FastSpring now?
Yes. You can subscribe through FastSpring at any time from Dashboard → Manage
→ My Plan. Your new subscription will begin after your current one expires.
Will I keep my old record limits?
Yes. If your library was on an older plan with different record limits, your limits will be
preserved when you renew. If after renewing through FastSpring your dashboard shows the new
record limits instead of your previous ones, please contact us
and we will adjust it for you.
